Conduct research into the role of human emotion in experiences, what factors most impact the ways people experience working inside of their organizations, which in turn lead to engagement, burnout, better or worse customer experience, innovation collaboration, etc. This involves primary research such as analyzing large survey data sets, in-depth interviews with individuals and groups, as well as collaborating with colleagues internally and at the university level. I often keynote industry events, and conduct workshops with Forrester clients as often as I can.
