David has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, managing individual and multi-party suits, mass tort claims, class actions, and multi-district litigation.He has represented a variety of clients in product liability cases, including an international manufacturer of food flavorings in multi-plaintiff cases involving the coordination of hundreds of claims in eight states, as well as multiple jury trials to verdict. He successfully handled multi-district litigation for a diet drug distributor, resulting in complete dismissal of statewide claims. Leveraging his communication-focused approach, David aligns strategies with client objectives, integrating detailed understanding of operations to tailor efficient resolutions. He navigates product liability and toxic tort cases across jurisdictions, equally skilled in arbitration and mediation.David also serves as counsel to a leading children\'s hospital, safeguarding against claims of professional negligence and providing guidance on risk and liability. His role encompasses trial and appellate courts, handling complex individual, class action, and multi-plaintiff cases, including those involving the Federal False Claims Act. He primarily represents businesses and manufacturing concerns regarding claims of a complex or severe nature. David\'s experience with complex litigation in both state and federal courts includes the management, discovery, resolution and/or trial of class actions, multi-district litigation, multi-party suits and claims of mass torts. He has managed complex litigation as lead counsel or assisting counsel in matters related to class Truth in Lending claims, class claims against the manufactured housing industry, fen-phen multi-district litigation and multi-suit claims involving food flavorings. His jury trial experience includes the representation of an international manufacturer of chemicals, flavors and fragrances in multiple trials to verdict. David has also successfully represented his clients in other jury trials, trials to the bench, arbitrations, mediations and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.David is also represents a nationally recognized children’s hospital in Cincinnati, defending its physicians and others against claims of professional negligence, and advising it on a broad range of risk and liability matters.
