Using Microsoft Access to provide database management of all computer equipment in hospital. Provide updates using VMware Vcenter to medical records 3m software. Set up 2 training rooms in hospital setting totaling (40) end users. Troubleshooting network connectivity, network printing, and user access issues. Software support/training to end users for Dragon, Microsoft suites, exchange and a number of different in-house company applications
