ABOUT DAVID BRISTOL MREC

Having worked in recruitment for over sixteen years, I have had the pleasure of placing thousands of people into a variety of roles.I have placed people from ex substance misuse users who have totally turned their lives around and wanted to help others who were in the same situation as them, to teachers who have worked with inner city children and help them reached goals they didn’t know they could attain and more recently accountants helping to keep multi billion pound companies in profit. I have loved working on every role that I have placed.One thing is constant throughout the different sectors I have recruited in. The moment you tell the candidate they have got the job and the delight and sheer excitement you hear from them is priceless. This is what keeps me going on the cold winter mornings. If I could bottle and sell that feeling and moment I would be a billionaire as it’s unexplainable.Keeping true to my values has what has made me a successful recruiter, always being honest with both candidate and client no matter how difficult that may be. I currently specialise in Accountancy and Finance for a company that also holds dear the same values as me.
