ALC currently owns a 170-unit manufactured home community near Charlotte, NC; a 120-unit MHC in Durham, NC; an 80-unit MHC in Greensboro, NC; a 50-unit MHC in Charlotte, NC; and a mixed-use apartment, office, and retail property in downtown Richmond, VA. Avenue Land Company was founded by David Brady, a commercial real estate professional with more than 10 years of industry experience. David has been closely involved in more than $1.7 billion of commercial real estate transactions in a variety of capacities. On a part-time basis, David has received a Masters in Accounting from George Washington University and a Masters in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
