An accomplished senior police leader with three decades experience delivering strategic transformation, operational command, and collaborative leadership across UK policing and emergency services.As the national strategic lead for JESIP (Joint Emergency Services Interoperability Principles), I’ve driven the integration of learning and cultural change across policing, fire, ambulance services and other emergency responder organisations, ensuring lessons from major incidents and emergency incidents translate into real-world interoperability and improved public safety. My work has centred on building trust, communication, and shared purpose between agencies at local and national levels.Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about developing people and empowering teams to thrive under pressure.
