And was the Chief Photographer of the Rotary District 7120 Conferences for four years 2013, 14, 15 and 2016 serving over 400 conference attendees each year. I took on average 800 photographs at each Rotary District Conference.

ABOUT DAVID BOYER
Dave Boyer is a dependable man who affirms others with his unique style of live caricature that doesn\'t make fun of people. His motto:\"Caricatures that FLATTER. Not SHATTER!\"Bippy\"(his cartoonist nickname) has drawn over happy guests. He plans to do his 15th visit to Japan Sept 2017. Dave is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Rochester Southeast. And enjoys dancing, watches and the Game of \"Go.\" On Facebook: Dave Bippy Boyer Background: Dave Boyer was raised in the Bronx, NYC to about 1969. Dave showed a keen interest in Science, Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics and Do-It-Yourself (DIY) projects. He won 2nd Place in a NYC Science Fair (hosted by The Daily News) for St. Anthony\'s School (SAS), proving in 1968 how a custom rain sensor circuit could turn on windshield wipers. Dave overcame some family challenges. He was a ward of NY State from 1969-73. He later lived in Middletown, NY where he met his future spouse, Cindy Boyer. He graduated from SUNY Orange in Middletown with an Associate\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET). In 1975-78, Dave attended Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Western NY. He graduated with honors with a Bachelor\'s in Electrical Engineering Technology (BET) interested in: Medical Electronics, Sign Language from the National Technical Institute of the Deaf (NTID), Public Speaking and News Photography. Dave worked 11 years with Eastman Kodak, working with Copy Products development in Atlanta, Boston and Rochester. He gained experience in troubleshooting, Field Service Engineering & Training, first draft service publications for New Products using optics, lasers and microprocessor control. Dave learned Ergonomics, working with the Human Factors Lab at Kodak Park Rochester. He studied working safely without injury from repetitive motion or muscle, back, eye and hearing strain.
