ABOUT DAVID BOWMAN
We\'re currently leading the creation of BPG Infrastructure’s new Independent Power Producer, building a platform aimed at deploying £300m+ into high‑quality energy infrastructure across the UK and Europe. By the end of 2026, I will have successfully developed 1.25GW of power generation projects across the UK, Europe and Africa, spanning renewable, flexible and grid‑supportive technologies.Our focus is on combining smart development, selective M&A, and long‑term asset ownership to shape a scalable, resilient IPP built for the next phase of Europe’s energy transition. I love the energy market, its complexity, its pace, and its impact and we\'re motivated by the challenge of turning moving parts into long‑term value: aligning capital, strategy, and operations to build something durable.Outside of work, life is full in the best possible way: I’m a husband to one, father to three, and have two dogs who definitely think they run the house. When time allows, I’m usually exploring the world with the family, chasing new places, new food, and occasionally a flight we’re rushing to catch!
