I am a proven, purpose-driven leader with a bold vision and commitment to excellence. Throughout my career, I have provided impact-focused strategic communications consultation to some of the world\'s leading organizations, including General Electric, Northwestern Mutual, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and many others. At Creative Marketing Resources (CMRignite), I have spent the last 15 years successfully transforming our company into one of the nation’s leading social impact agencies. I began my tenure in business development while I was still in college. Before the age of 21, I had secured over $8 million in contracts at major federal government agencies (CDC, EPA, HUD, and DoD) and positioned CMRignite as a major federal government communications contractor. In 2016, I became Chief Strategy Officer, in which I directly supported senior level clients to develop integrated advertising and marketing strategy. This included directly supporting senior leadership at HHS ASPA on national COVID-19 communications efforts (20••••21). In 2021, I ascended to the role of President. I am responsible for the company’s operational and financial performance across all contracts/projects (totaling over $25 million/year), management of all multi-functional teams, and company-wide business development. During my tenure, I have worked closely with the company\'s Chairwoman and CEO to undertake a strategic acquisition of a D.C-based marketing firm, Ignite Digital, and achieve exponential growth and success specifically in the health, financial, energy, government and nonprofit sectors. With a focus on measurable impact, I push my team to remain accountable to our clients. To do so, I created a proprietary methodology, which uniquely provides our clients with a research and behavioral science-based approach to generate impact-focused analytics that go beyond the \"vanity metrics\"(impressions, views, click-throughs) most agencies provide.
