Responsible for project leadership overseeing implementation, installation, configuration, scripting, customization, report generation, of the TEMS SENSE product supporting the FirstNET First Responders Network- Operational Support of the platform to help ensure maximum system performance, including monitoring key system KPIs, identifying potential problems and proactively resolving system issues- Serve as a lead technical resource responsible for ensuring the delivery of all technical aspects of assigned projects as defined in the Statement of Work- Engage with Sales, Technical Sales and Project Management to identify and understand requirements and to develop Statements of Work- Develop and maintain a high level of product expertise through open communication and interaction with Product Management and R&D as well as through engaging in appropriate training activities- Work closely with project management to ensure that projects are delivered on a timely basis with a high level of customer satisfaction- Regular weekly follow up with customer providing updates on project status- Liaise with sales management to forecast scheduling and resources needs for the upcoming project engagements - Ensure delivery of overall project objectives and milestones outlined in the statement of work
