Wilsondee Ltd is a Civil Engineering Design Consultancy capable of facilitating any and all requirements for the design of civil infrastructure within the housing development sector.Some of the services that I can offer include:Production of faultless, value engineered designs of all infrastructure.Private and Adoptable Drainage Plans.Drainage models & Hydraulic calculations for sewers, storage features, and SUD’s elements.External Works and Levels Plans (including cut and fill drawings if required). Foundation Designs.Assessing the environmental impact and risks connected to our design decisions,Assessing the Health and Safety impact and risks connected to our design decisions,Negotiating with Local Authorities and other agencies to discharge planning conditions as well as acquiring Technical Approval in respect of various Section Agreements (e.g. S278, S38, S104, S184, S185, S106 etc.).My designs utilise certified software including the use of AutoCAD (AEC – bundle which includes Civil 3D, Revit, Vehicle Tracking and BIM), Micro-Drainage, Site 3D and PDS.I understand the need to tailor my designs and working procedures to each individual client and have successfully worked on and designed major developments for many housing developers, including Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes, Redrow Homes, Taylor Wimpey Homes and Persimmon Homes.As part of these projects they worked alongside many local authorities and service providers to successfully gain Technical Approval for their designs, including but not limited to approvals from Severn Trent Water, Anglian Water, East Sussex Water, Northamptonshire County Council, Peterborough County Council, Milton Keynes Council, Worcestershire County Council, Warwickshire County Council, and Staffordshire County Council.
