Leading the delivery and through life support of strategic and operational Ground Support Device (GSD) systems, including the Pre-Flight Messaging Special Equipment and the Electronic Flight Bag, for the Airbus A400M Atlas. I work closely with the various stakeholders on this international OCCAR project (Organisation for Joint Armament Co-operation) to deliver critical operational capability and though life support. OCCAR is an international organisation whose core-business is the acquisition and through life management of cooperative defence equipment programmes. I’m responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations by designing, implementing, and monitoring the processes and finances of these technical GSDs to ensure efficient resource allocation, timely delivery and seamless operational support
