During this tenure, I have been serving as product owner for Crisis Management software. I identify and assess potential hazards, along with developing robust plan to address all concerns in order to avoid crisis. Play pivotal role in all phases (before, during, and after) of crisis management. Facilitate stakeholders with annual training and twice-yearly exercises for business and life safety plans. Few of my notable career highlights are as follows: • Developed and seamlessly executed plans, while engaging with employees, customers, shareholders, board members, and public to sustain and uplift the reputation of organisation. • Deployed emergency notification solution, Everbridge, achieved within less than six weeks. • Recognised and highlighted significant automation advancements and streamlined ServiceNow-Everbridge integration. • Played pivotal role in incident response team, as key member of the Cyber Incident Team.
