Irvine, CA, US

Faraday Microgrids is the premiere Developer and EPC for renewable energy microgrids (energy generation, storage, monitoring, and controls). We are particularly focused on critical applications including Healthcare, Industrial, Manufacturing, and Community Safety. Some of our most significant achievements have come in pioneering systems for hospitals and healthcare facilities. Faraday developed, designed, built and operates the first system to interconnect to any of the emergency power branches of a California hospital (Kaiser Permanente, Richmond) and the first system to interconnect to and automatically \"island\" the critical branch of a hospital (Kaiser Permanente, Ontario). Faraday has a broad array of other skills to bring to the table. We have garnered over $25MM in grant awards (and growing). Our leadership participates in regional and national code writing including standards that will soon be a part of the National Electrical Code. Third, our organization is full-service- from development and financing through project execution and, as needed, operation and maintenance.
