I am currently a NED and the Chair of the Audit Risk and Compliance Committee at Penrith Building Society. Before retirement, I led the Internal Audit business at PwC North for financial services and UK building societies.SUMMARYA proven and highly experienced internal audit leader and financial services professional with an in-depth knowledge of risk based auditing, governance, risk management and operational rigour in Financial Services. Excellent organisational management and strong analytical ability is supported by sound commercial awareness and a deep understanding of retail banking customers, products and channels acquired through over 40 years broad banking and professional services experience.
