ABOUT DAVID BERRY

I am an effective and adaptable HSE Management Professional and have worked within this capacity for most of my career. I have an Electrical Engineering background and am able to work with individuals at all levels, through excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, communication and relationship building. I make use of my interpersonal, problem-solving skills on a daily basis and have project management and change management knowledge. Motivated by meeting/exceeding targets and providing motivational,`hands-on` management. I like to be a positive voice, offering support and help pro-actively, and I feel a real strength is my ability not only to manage resources and deliver robust HSE solutions, but (crucially) to motivate and support others. I am adept also at identifying operational problems and inefficiencies and implementing `fit for purpose` solutions. I greatly enjoy all aspects of my role and the challenges that it brings. To date, I have consistently delivered impressive results, by developing an appropriate strategy and by ensuring all completed projects/initiatives deliver continually improved KPI measured performance. I have played a leading role in improving the performance of all the companies I have worked for. My personal maxim is to strive for excellence, and it is really important to me that I enjoy my work and am able to see the positive difference I make. I see the results of my commitment every day and I am looking forward to meeting each challenge as it arises.
