We do that in the Tutors team at MyTutor by scaling and managing our marketplace of strong tutors so that every MyTutor student can find an engaged, high quality, tutor to learn from. I have a background in finance and economics but have always been energised by solving operational problems to create value for customers, so that’s where I’ve taken my career.
