Following interests in immunology-based therapies (neuro, inflammation, oncology, etc), I am pursuing a career that bridges emerging science in these areas with bioengineering.My research background has prepared me in skills ranging from the technical (mam. cell culture, confocal microscopy, biostatistics, flow cytometry, etc) to the personal (leadership, humility, collaboration). With outstanding mentors, my confidence in my direction has grown immensely over the past few years, and I look forward to continuing to learn & grow.Additional interests include cooking, training for & playing rugby, spending quality time with my family, and being outside in any way, shape, or form (hiking, backpacking, reading in the park, cold water plunges, etc).
