In my capacity of Head of Networks for AS42611 I am responsible for managing a team of 10 people whose responsibility includes• Managing and maintaining all elements of the Zzoomm network from the core network right through to the ONTs in customers premises.• Managing and maintaining the virtualization platforms and systems that support business functions.• Deploying new active cabs including power and equipment to support the build function of the business.• Documenting the ‘as-built’ records of the fibre network.The projects I’ve overseen in my capacity of head of networks include.• Implement a new core network based on Juniper routers.• Implementing a BNG function based on Juniper MX204 routers, along with all the supporting systems such as RADIUS and DHCP.
