ABOUT DAVID BAUMANN

I am a strategic, creative thinking and resilient cross-cultural oriented marketeer with a deep embedded focus on omnichannel marketing activities related to the sports, fashion and entertainment industry with a profound knowledge (+5 years) of both corporate and agency environments. I\'m operating with a broad experience in both account, project and event management, with latest specialisation on campaign development via physical and digital production as well as marketing operations in a creative environment of sports, fashion, music and culture with both a community-oriented approach, having the bigger picture in mind and seeking for future digital implementation. I\'ve been the production lead of various big and meaningful campaigns both from a perspective of the biggest global sports brand and from a creative advertising agency perspective combining sports, entertainment, tv and music projects of both German and global accounts with national and global attention. I\'m currently combing my expertise for running-rooted lifestyle culture through working for the fastest growing sports company in the Global Marketing Management Team. Another positive characteristic is my high intercultural competence, meaning knowing about my own culture but, more importantly, being humble while showing empathy and understanding for the cultural imprint of each other and of future customers while adding inspirational people and innovative agencies to my personal network to establish and maintain relationships within the communities, to grow ideas and to bring innovative, creative concepts into actionable stories to drive long-term solutions in a respective marketplace.
