About David Bass
For the majority of the last ten years I\'ve been a pre-sales systems engineer that focused on data center, core, and campus/branch networking. In the last few years I\'ve gotten deep into the weeds of tackling cloud centric networking challenges. My specialty has been in working with cloud service providers and web hosting companies as well as Enterprise/Commercial customers. I love technology, and I love it even more when it solves real customer problems. My driving philosophy is to have an obsession with customer experience. Products can differentiate and maybe even sell themselves, but loyalty and continued business is won through simply listening to a customer and doing everything you can to make their life easier.
