About David Barrineau

I’ve worked as a Creative Director/Art Director for over two decades. Most of my career has focused on Arts and Culture advertising, especially for live Theatre. I have handled and supervised the design and creation of advertising/marketing materials for over 200 Broadway and off-Broadway theatrical productions. In some cases I\'m highly involved: creating the Key Art and managing the account on a daily basis, while on others I may have designed an ad or direct mail piece. Some are long-running smash-hits; others may not be as well-known. Regardless the scope of the work (or the length of the run), I bring the same dedicated passion to each and every project. Highlights include: HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD, WICKED, MAMMA MIA, NEXT TO NORMAL, PETER AND THE STARCATCHER and SECOND STAGE THEATRE. And while I certainly have a strong background in live entertainment, my experience extends into other cultural areas as well. I’ve also been privileged to work with some of the most prestigious cultural institutions in the world, including THE METROPOLITAN MUSEUM OF ART and THE FRICK COLLECTION.
