General Manager of the 5th largest David Lloyd Club in Europe. Team success has been driven by internal promotions, 3 of my team are now General Managers at other DL clubs, and personal development initiatives. My team are focussed on delivering a 5 star premium experience to members across the entire club. The Club offers, 130 station premium gym, 150 Group exercise classes weekly, a \'Blaze\' boutique HIIT studio, stunning Mind and Body and High Energy studios, outdoor Battlebox classes and a 40 bike indoor cycling studio. Racquets sports are available with 16 Tennis, 2 Squash and 4 Badminton courts which are also used for Pickelball. Padel is coming soon. Indoor, outdoor and kids Swimming pools are complemented with a stunning luxury Spa Retreat, with 3 steam rooms, 3 saunas, 2 hydro pools, plunge pool and deep relaxation room. The fully licensed Club room bar and restaurant and terrace achieved record turnover in 2024 and has over 400 covers making it one of the largest restaurants in Buckinghamshire. The Club is very Family focussed and we deliver a quality children\'s activity programme and crèche to enable families to exercise and keep active together.
