About David Barbour
I started out as a commercial and industrial structural iron worker who just loved to build stuff. Fast-forward almost 20 years and I\'m now directing HSE and Quality systems in the oil and gas equipment engineering and manufacturing industry. Each experience along the way has given me more insight into my profession, as well as taught me the importance of personal integrity, setting strategic goals and objectives, and possitively contributing to the working environment. Whether I was focused on regulatory compliance, competency program development, or comprehensive management system implementation, continuous improvement has always been the goal, both personally and professionally, throughout the journey.
