Deploy an array of content strategies and products including: web copy, email marketing, cart abandonment content, remarketing ads, PPC ads, FAQs, blogs, social posts, and landing pages- Manage a group of freelance writers and in-house content strategists in the US and India- Manage the content project pipeline, assigning and QA-ing tasks to meet deadlines and SLA\'s- Develop digital marketing plans and content strategies for clients in multiple verticals- Create health reports using in-house analytics tools to determine the impact of content strategies- Develop AI prompts for content processes to aid in creating content and strategies at scale- Create content for current and new clients, optimized for informational searches and voice search- Develop FAQ modules for clients optimized for voice search queries to garner zero position results- Create content calendars for current clients to aid in promotion and account nurturing- Conduct SEO keyword research and topic research using in-house tools, GA, and BrightEdge- Edit and QA all content written by the team, before it makes it to the live site- Optimize and create alt tags for all images deployed on the website, before site live- Communicate with Client Service Managers on all projects, in order to ensure deadlines are met- Train and onboard new team members, to ensure they are provided everything they need to grow- Host weekly content meetings to discuss issues and challenges and work to solve any that arise- Attend executive-level meetings weekly to address any escalations for the team
