He also conducted forensic accountings to surcharge guardians for the improper administration and conversion of guardianship assets.David received his J.D, cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law, where he served as the Research Editor of the Hofstra Law Review and was the recipient of the Hofstra Law Review Kenneth S. Horton Award of Excellence. He received his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University.After law school, David served as a law fellow to the Honorable Sandra L.
