I am now realising my ultimate goal which is to run my own successful estate agency business. After more than a decade of working for someone else, I now run my own company offering expert advice and services to property owners across London and the South East of England.After seeing, for many years, the issues that landlords face either from the crippling legaslative changes that cut their returns, failure to receive a full front to back personal service due to large call center type setups with multiple contacts at any given time, or just feeling like a number on a spreadsheet. I am now fixing these issues and giving all of my clients the service they deserve at rates that are fair. Whilst achieving record rents in a competitive market. Also giving a personal one to one service when owners sell their home ensuring they get a full hands on experience, achieving the most they can whatever the market conditions.

ABOUT DAVID BALDOCK
I have worked in the property industry for nearly 20 years now and have an extensive level of experience in this field and the professional bodies/laws that govern it.From my first interest in the property world, I started as a negotiator for a London based company, which then saw me go on to manage 4 of their offices across London. I built myself up to a senior management level and then made the move into a large global corporate where I progressed to director level and running multiple offices. My aim was to have one of the best offices within the area and within the company and to propel my staff so that they further their careers, as I have.I am always looking to continue my development within the industry and am happy to say that I am also ARLA and NAEA licensed, and am looking to continue this with further qualifications. I have passed the level 3 NFOPP qualification, for not only residential lettings, but also residential sales. The opportunity to make a name for myself within the industry drives me to succeed.I now find myself at my ultimate goal, of running my own estate agency business. Looking after my clients as they should be and providing a tailored, bespoke service that they look for and fail to receive with the various large companies in the market place.
