As a Bid Manager, I lead bid teams and the overall bid process – from the development of initial win strategies through to submission and successful contract award. My role involves working with, and managing, a broad range of stakeholders, partners and technical teams, combining strategic competencies with hands-on detailed delivery of complex tenders across both the public and private sector. Working with our Bid/Preconstruction teams, I oversee all steps of the proposal process and ensure the smooth production of content and a final product of the highest quality. All bids are managed in a manner consistent with Wates governance, policies and procedures.
