NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Sacramento offers support groups, education classes, advocacy and outreach presentations for people living with mental illness and their families. All of our services are delivered at no cost to the participant! NAMI prides itself on being a grass roots, membership based organization. We are a locally governed and locally funded affiliate of the National organization. Currently we are a 100% donation funded 501(c)3 organization.As Executive Director, I manage the day to day operations to achieve the goals set forth by the Board of Directors and their Strategic Plan. I oversee program delivery, fundraising and outreach opportunities for the organization. I assist with program development and creating the annual budget. I report to the Board and the agency regarding anything that pertains to our success. I am dedicated towards growing the organization so NAMI Sacramento can better provide for the mental health needs of the citizens of Sacramento County.
