ABOUT DAVID BAILEY-VELLA

I work with a team of experts to provide high-quality legal costs services to clients across various sectors and jurisdictions. Experienced in drafting, advising, and negotiating on complex and high-value costs matters, including bills of costs, budgets, points of dispute, and replies. As an accredited trainer, I also provide guidance and training to fee earners on costs recoverability and best practices.In addition to my employed role, I am Chair of the Association of Costs Lawyers, where I contribute to the development and promotion of the costs profession and the interests of its members. I am passionate about enhancing the standards and reputation of costs lawyers. I have also published numerous articles on costs related topics.
