Recognition of this approach resulting in opportunities to lead in district-wide trainings- Continued demonstration that my team development approach results in both individuals and teams exceeding objectives.Northwestern Memorial Hospital Branch- Selected to develop an underperforming and unique retail banking branch. Branch located within Northwestern Memorial Hospital\'s campus- At the NMH branch, I built a relationship with Northwestern\'s Law School from the ground up that had not been successful for the branch until my leadership. In 2022, the Director of Student Affairs requested an expansion of this relationship inviting us to several more events throughout the year. Observation of my performance by a corporate level executive resulted in a referral for me to mentor another hospital campus branch manager located in Minnesota.
