Dave also led the effort to optimize the product lifecycle management process where the business was driving to reduce the product development lead time by defining the process of new product development in a tool, drive the implementation of each new development, eliminate lag time between steps and provide the right data to the right people at the right timeCreative and innovative solutions have also been supported by developing a greenfield Microsoft SharePoint environment that combined standard SharePoint functionality with custom objects to implement a secure product development process to support adherence to best practices.
