David Austin brings 10+ years of Sales and Management experience including an extensive knowledge of Marketing and Negotiating skills. As an Eagle Scout, I was inspired by the scout law and the constant encouragement to develop and learn new skills. By taking on elected leadership roles, I was able to develop a “service” minded attitude. My service experiences include a wide range of activities from working with elderly members of the community to visiting patients at LeBonheur. I developed a belief system that the Good is in the little things that make others smile. I took part in helping groom a generation of young gentlemen thru Scouting. I pride myself in being a part of that brotherhood that has been around for over 100 years in the United States. It drives me to be the best representation of myself and to encourage those around me in any way I can. It translates into real estate through my service-minded attitude, and my consistent strive to become better in all the things I do. To represent, my clients in the best way possible and believe in the \"win, win scenario\", by offering the best service to all of my current and future buyers and sellers.
