For the past six years, I have worked as a commercial real estate broker specializing in the sale, leasing, and management of retail and office properties. I represent property owners in disposing of their assets as well as leasing vacant space. I also represent Buyers looking to purchase property for their own use or for investment. I represent tenants look to lease both office and retail space. Lastly, I manage retail, office and multifamily properties for property owners who do not want to handle the day to day activities of property ownership. In helping to start Commercial Asset Group in 2009, our goal is to establish a full service real estate firm that would be smaller than the national and regional companies, and thus more client oriented. While we are smaller than the largest firms, we have 15 agents in two offices in the Los Angeles area.Specialties: My specialty is the sale and leasing of space in Los Angeles ranging from Downtown Los Angeles to Santa Monica. The majority of our Landlord Listings are in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Downtown, my tenant rep work take me from Downtown to the Beach and south to the Beach cities.
