I specialize in the application of microeconomics, statistics, and econometrics in the context of litigation and business disputes. I have served as an expert consultant and conducted economic analyses in support of academic and industry experts in complex litigation matters regarding antitrust, finance, accounting, labor and employment, class certification, and personal injury, and in contractual disputes.As an expert witness, I have served in matters pertaining to breaches of contract, labor disputes, personal injury, price discrimination, and event studies. Through my casework, I work closely with attorneys in all phases of litigation, including development of case strategy, presentation of economic models, critique of opposing experts’ analyses, development of trial demonstratives, and expert witness preparation.
