David is the Principle Product Owner for Cloud Data Operations in the Data Operations group of Bridgestone Americas West Data & Analytics organization. David manages cloud-native, and cloud enabled solutions to acquire, ingest, store, and manage data ensuring end-to-end services are efficiently delivered to meet business needs. David joined Bridgestone Americas in 2004 when he accepted a leadership role in the maintenance and engineering department at the LaVergne, TN tire manufacturing plant.David served as the Material Domain Data Lead with Bridgestone Americas Data & Analytics at the Corporate Headquarters in Nashville, TN. David worked with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the effectiveness of data quality, data analytics, and industry best practices.As the IT Services Portfolio Manager in the IT Governance group at Bridgestone Americas (BSAM), David was responsible for the stewardship, guidance, and drive to manage the complete portfolio of IT services for BSAM IT. David worked to ensure the effectiveness of ITIL, COBIT, and ITSM industry best practices, championed standardization, and supported streamlined processes across Bridgestone regions. David mentored and trained peers and colleagues while working with internal customers to improve policy, process, and procedure for BSAM IT.David also served as a Sr. SAP Lead with the Business Process Application Delivery group at BSAM. David was responsible for leading resources to on time delivery of assigned deliverables on projects and enhancements. David collaborated with other SAP functional, technical, and architecture teams, as well as teams from the manufacturing plants, distribution centers, corporate offices, SAP support, and the Enterprise Architecture group.David served as a Systems Architect with the Software Quality & Testing group at BSAM. David led the automated software testing in an SAP ECC 6 environment, provided consulting and support to the SAP functional teams, and served as a QA test lead for IT projects.
