A Senior Project manager coming from a hands-on engineering background with over 15 years’ experience managing large complex global programs in the financial and consultancy services sector. At my previous role with Ernst & Young LLP (EY), I was an integral part of the M365 Modern Workplace program reporting directly to the Program Director and I project managed some of the critical functions including the enablement of Modern workplace for the most senior partners at the firm, the global deployment of M365 and third-party client transformation. Modern Workplace entailed the migration of Microsoft exchange to cloud, delivering M365 suite of products to all EY’s users globally enabling Microsoft Intune for mobile. The deployment engineering was a “first of a kind” to develop a $1million automation tool to perform all functions from migration to user communications and product enablement. I am a problem solver with good communication skills at all levels, I am able to motivate my team and others to ensure focus is always kept on the important areas to ensure a smooth project delivery with desired results.
