Experienced Senior Surveyor with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled. Strong real estate professional with a BA Hons focused in Management from University of Leeds. We are a safety qualified industrial roofing contractor with a zero accident record and a unique mansafe system for accessing and maintaining roofs of the type you have across your estates portfolio. We have a zero RIDDOR record since founded in 2011. We have never had a single stitch or broken bone. Roof mounted man safe systems have a maximum rating of 300kg installed and cannot be load tested after installation. Roof mounted systems are never as safe as the our temporary systems which all our crews carry in their vans and deploy where needed. We have crews within an hour of most industrial sites of the UK motorway network. All our quotes are fixed cost and roof surveys are included in the cost of all repairs.
