ABOUT DAVID ANDERSON

Experienced in leading teams across the full lifecycle of product management, innovation, UX and UI, software architecture, development, testing and hosting operations for complex, high availability cloud (AWS & Azure) and on premise based B2B and B2C portfolio products used by large numbers of staff, customers, residents and citizens. Recent experience includes working with SME and corporate clients across retail, non-profit, housing associations and local government, product and market development into varied types of client, sectors and geographies, re-imagining product architecture and ways of working to shift products from monolith to services, introducing UX and UI to further improve the customer and consumer experience. I am used to working with founders, investors, customers, prospective customers, sales teams, technical and non technical teams and working in and with corporate and SME businesses and clients. I have experience in partnering and reseller networks, product launch, development and support offshoring, business acquisition growth and contraction, solution sales, project management and implementation, Waterfall, Agile, LEAN, MVP, DevOps and Design Thinking. I have a love for creating great software products and helping develop the next generation of product creators.
