Welcome to Rank Allison Consulting! Our vision is a healthcare environment with engaged caregivers and providers improving their daily work, focused on safety and wellbeing. Founded in 2023 by Molly Rank and David Allison, we bring 45+ years combined experience in the disciplines of engineering, safety science, and process improvement methodologies. We are passionate about engaging the people who “do the work” to problem solve with a focus on the goal of zero harm. Molly and David worked together on improving the response time to safety events in a multi-facility healthcare system, resulting in a greater-than 50% reduction in harm events. As a result of this work, we recognized an opportunity to continue to bring together analytical lean thinking and safety science. We have found inspiration in learning from other organizations as we share our experience and knowledge. Rank Allison Consulting supports leadership in creating a culture of safety and inclusion with a focus on improvement and encouraging small tests of change. We believe that when caregivers experience safety, welcome, and inclusion, they are more engaged in identifying solutions to common challenges.
