Principal Hydrogeologist/Hydrogeology Team Lead/Business Line Discipline Leader/Regional Technical Lead Technical responsibilities focused on providing expertise and leadership in the area of contaminant and physical hydrogeology projects for oil and gas, pipeline, residential, commercial, municipal and spill response related projects. Hydrogeology team lead for 5 member team consisting primarily of junior and intermediate hydrogeologists in Calgary. Responsibilities consist of hiring, staff promotion, mentoring and annual reviews.Senior Leadership team member includes annual business planning and monthly review of profit and loss statement, gross margin analysis, review of delinquent account receivable and work in progress accounts, employee termination and continuous improvement initiatives across offices in Alberta. Involved with strategic business development activities including expansion of hydrogeology services into new sector and development of new services (e.g. spill response).
