I design and manage end-to-end data ecosystems—from database architecture and data pipelines to executive reporting and self-service analytics. I thrive at the intersection of data, strategy, and automation, turning complex data landscapes into actionable intelligence. My clients have included printing companies, hospital systems, and insurance plans.From 2023 to 2024, I led the finance and HR reporting migration Memorial Healthcare System, at a major hospital system, recreating their reporting architecture on a newly launched instance of Workday. I developed and delivered SSIS packages and database architecture to integrate data into Epic’s Caboodle data warehouse, and then recreated reporting content from the legacy system on this data warehouse, ensuring zero disruption to executives\' monthly reporting. To support decision-makers, I also built a scalable OLAP Cube, enabling self-service analytics. My work was praised by hospital managers and executives for delivering a smooth, high-impact reporting transformation.Currently, I am working with Solis Health Plans to develop a data warehouse that automates the claims and eligibility process. I have analyzed the specs for their old data warehouse and have successfully replicated a number of these features into the new data warehouse, and I have also built monitoring tools that allow for a deeper insight into the ETLs that power this data warehouse.
