I started Archaius Creative after about three years of freelance video editing. Over the last ten years, Archaius has grown to a 11-person team with a task-based delegated workflow. It\'s important to me that all of my team members operate within their natural interests and strengths because that\'s where I believe they\'ll do their best work and have the highest level of fulfillment. Alongside that, we have well-defined and developed workflow systems that allow our editors to focus on the creativity of their craft, as opposed to getting bogged down by confusion or inefficiencies.It\'s our mission to partner and grow with filmmakers and agencies alike, and to truly join our clients\' teams. We want to overcome the stigma of being seen as merely an \"outsourced solution.\" We value the quality of our work, the friendliness of our customer service, and our unique ability to facilitate the business goals and ambitions of our partners.
