Providing project plans strategy which include project execution plans, risk management plans, project controls plan and quality management plans before construction. Handling technical issues, managing product development and people, overseeing small to medium-sized teams in critical project situations. Ensuring projects are implemented following established project development standards and processes and track ongoing performance using the KPI metrics. Working as Manager over 19+ advisors for Concentrix on Special Project; brainstorming activities before execution of projects, defining strategies, and developing field plans, which included scheduling and the deployment of resources and personnel using Excel, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Agile Methodologies, Critical Path Method (CPM), Gantt Chart and Milestone Tracking. • Engaging technical leaders in collaborative and constructive reviews to ensure issues for review are in alignment with project requirements. Dashboard/reporting setup and maintenance • Give support to the Program Manager, Project Delivery and Portfolio Manager in project compliance, including documentation and gating • Support Portfolio and Project analytics and assessment; Support on business case development during project and program discovery phase, development phase, and any readjustments required throughout • Assisting Project Managers with client billings, approvals and expedite change order approvals • Conducts consultations and communicate information to internal and external stakeholders • Maintains relationships with strategic stakeholders and promote advancements in research and innovations • Help facilitating communication with customers, vendors, intercompany departments, and manufacturing facility through customer meetings, site visits and conference calls such as Zoom meeting, Microsoft live streaming.
