I lead the Outside Sales team or “In-Home Design Consultants” for the HDIS- Interior program in the St. Petersburg and Tampa area. Have led up to 10 Designers and 5 Lead Generators. In this this role I am coaching, training and developing the Designers to increase their Close Rate, increase their average sales value while still having the highest level of customer service measured by Customer Survey scores. Another function of my role is to drive Store Connectivity within the Home Depot stores to drive more leads. This is done through building personal relationship with myself and Designers with the store team. We do Product Knowledge training, business reviews and recognition of associates who help drive the business to HDI-Interiors. Since I’ve been in position, Net Sales have increased (Close Rate growth and larger average), cancelation rate has declined, Customer Survey scores have increased and Bonus Payouts have increased.
