   Buffalo Wild Wings is an American casual dining restaurant and sports bar franchise which specializes in Buffalo wings and sauces.Hired as an Operations General Manager, I was promoted to General Manager in October 2016. As General Manager, I maintain operational, financial, and sales oversight of a $3MM, 56-employee unit experiencing 3-4% YOY growth. Staff development, mentoring, and training are core to my role. I am committed to mentoring my staff and provide ongoing leadership to 4 management-level staff. During my tenure, 4 Team Members have received promotions to management positions and we are currently outperforming our employee turnover goal by 15%. Additionally, my unit was selected as a training-location to support MIT training in the Central PA region. To date, I have trained 25 MIT’s. I have also been selected to support new store management and to serve as a substitute manager at other local units as necessary. I am very committed to my unit\'s financial health and the customer experience. My unit is currently ranked #8 out of 600+ units companywide in scorecard results measuring sales, employee turnover, guest loyalty index, and profit. In 2016, my unit achieved a #42 ranking. We consistently outperform our food cost goal by 1% and our labor cost goal by 1.5% against the budget.
