I specialize in the development, production release, and post-release support of complex hardware platforms across various industries: networking, DSP, electric vehicle powertrains, and consumer electronics. I’ve led small electrical engineering teams and large cross-functional hardware organizations, scaling team capabilities as needed. In a leadership role it is challenging to keep “hands-on” technical skills fresh, but I find I am happiest when I’m able to get time in the lab/shop to work with smart Engineers to solve tough problems.
