He also directed CBRE’s Southern California Investor Services business, focused on aligning all service lines for their top institutional clients to maximize service outcomes. David started his career with Westfield Corporation where he worked in leasing, development, and operations of their flagship US properties. He also held an executive leadership role in operations for regional developer Rick Caruso.COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENTAs a veteran who served in the U.S. Marine Corps, David is an advocate for assisting veterans in transitioning to the civilian and corporate worlds. As such, he serves on the board of Homes 4 Families, a non-profit organization that empowers low-income veterans and their families to build resiliency and self-sufficiency through full-equity home ownership and sustainable housing.
