As a leader, I have been able to foster relationships with an array of skilled professionals, develop integrated networks that connect people with complementary attributes, abilities and needs, which has allowed me to advance the growth of those that I interact with. While I am very happy with my current work, I know that my story does not find its conclusion in just this role.
