Herrera is a seasoned CEO who blends global perspective, strategic growth, and community leadership to deliver lasting impact in business and philanthropy.Growing up around the world as the son of a U.S. diplomat, David learned early the value of adaptability and resilience — lessons carried through a career that ranged from owning a limousine company to coordinating microsystems at Ernst & Young in Madrid.Since joining CAM Property Services in 1991 and advancing to President in 2003, David has led the company’s transformation into a trusted partner for multifamily, retail, office, and institutional property operators across Southern California. Under his leadership, CAM rebranded, diversified services, and scaled its footprint — including the launch of CAM Construction for ADA compliance, tenant improvements, and shopping center remodels.Today, David’s focus is on scaling CAM to a $50M enterprise, driving profitability through in-house service delivery, and building asset-class-specific solutions that meet the evolving needs of institutional and regional property owners. His leadership philosophy centers on developing people first and empowering CAM’s 200+ employees to grow professionally and personally.Beyond business, David serves on the boards of the Warburton Celebrity Golf Tournament benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Koreatown Youth & Community Center (KYCC) and has held leadership roles with the Harmony Project and ACRE SoCal.
